Hiring Beach Lifeguards for a one-month event in Dubai.
Event duration: 31 October 2026 to 29 November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety.
- Prevent accidents, identify hazards, and enforce safety rules.
- Respond to emergencies and perform water rescues when required.
- Provide first aid and CPR in emergencies.
- Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment.
- Inspect lifesaving equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
- Assist guests and provide clear safety instructions.
- Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
- A valid EIAC-approved Beach Lifeguard License is required.
- Previous lifeguard experience is preferred.
- Must be physically fit, a strong swimmer, and confident in water rescue.
- Must have good communication and guest service skills.
- Must be available for the full event duration.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Compensation and employment
- Temporary, one-month event employment.
- Monthly salary is stated as AED 3,000; pay is also listed as AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
- Accommodation is live-out.
