Looking for a new General manager at Loose Cannon Beach Club willing to relocate to Antigua and Barbuda!

Loose Cannon Beach Club is a vibrant beachfront destination offering exceptional food, drinks, entertainment, and unforgettable guest experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering a lively atmosphere with top-tier service in a relaxed, coastal setting.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations, drive business performance, and create an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the beach club, including front-of-house, bar, kitchen, and events
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local regulations
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Plan and oversee events, promotions, and entertainment offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or beach club preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-volume venues
• Event planning and promotion experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
