Job Description
The Backend Engineer (CRM Dynamics) is responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating backend solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
The role focuses on building scalable and efficient business logic, ensuring seamless system integrations, and enhancing overall CRM functionality.
The engineer will work closely with front-end developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver robust and high-performing solutions aligned with business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize backend solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Design and implement business logic using .NET technologies
- Work with Dynamics SDK to extend and enhance CRM functionalities
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs
- Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance using SQL Server
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend and integration issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
- Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of CRM applications
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies
Skills & Abilities
- Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics SDK
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
- Experience in API development and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good understanding of CRM architecture and customization
Potential Background
- Minimum **4+ years of experience** in Backend Development
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Exposure to enterprise-level CRM implementations
- Experience in integrations and middleware solutions is a plus
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate – Preferred
Language Requirement
- Arabic or Non-Arabic Speaker

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
