About the Role
This role is for a Saudi National only.
As a business development and sales representative in a Health AI startup, you will be working across healthcare systems, patient communities, and biopharma companies,
responsible for developing relationships and closing deals, while helping define how the company engages healthcare organizations at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments where there is ambiguity, experimentation, and a strong need for grit, creativity, and persistence.
Success requires someone who can build trust across complex healthcare ecosystems, identify opportunities where none formally exist, and work closely with leadership to shape solutions that create real value.
Business Development
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare systems, patient advocacy groups and communities, and biopharma companies
- Identify strategic opportunities to collaborate with above stakeholders
- Develop and negotiate collaboration agreements and commercial contracts
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity discovery through closing
- Build a pipeline of institutional and individual customers
- Work closely with leadership to refine pricing models and go-to-market strategy
Internal Collaboration
- Translate customer needs into product features or service solution
- Provide market feedback to shape the roadmap and positioning
- Help establish repeatable processes for relationship development and sales
Qualifications and Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or life sciences
- Fluent in both Arabic and English — reading, writing, and speaking.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales or biopharma sales
- Experience working with health systems / hospital networks, patient advocacy organizations or nonprofits, or the biopharma industry
