Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand LetitbexAI’s product footprint across UAE and GCC markets.

This role requires expertise in enterprise sales, regional market penetration, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition across UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product sales expansion across UAE & GCC for AI, Analytics, SaaS, and Automation products
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for GCC regions
  • Acquire enterprise customers, government sectors, SMBs, and strategic accounts
  • Build partnerships with local channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances
  • Manage RFPs, tenders, enterprise proposals, and strategic negotiations
  • Conduct executive-level business meetings with CIOs, CTOs, procurement heads, and business owners
  • Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC business practices and local market dynamics
  • Coordinate with delivery and presales teams for localization and customer success
  • Generate predictable sales pipeline and revenue growth

Required Skills

  • Strong GCC/UAE product sales experience
  • Proven enterprise B2B sales in SaaS / AI / Cloud / Digital products
  • Knowledge of UAE market regulations and business ecosystem
  • Experience in channel sales, direct sales, and strategic partnerships
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and cross-cultural business communication

Preferred Background

  • Existing GCC client network
  • Experience in government, semi-government, BFSI, healthcare, or enterprise sectors
  • Understanding of regional procurement cycles and tendering
