Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules.
• Coordinate with service providers to improve CMDB data quality for Zero Trust Architecture goals.
• Populate Zero Trust Architecture-relevant attributes on configuration items.
• Use knowledge of IT device types, including servers, routers, and cloud resources.
• Work with configuration item data sources and CMDB stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
• Create and schedule discovery jobs.
• Maintain and update integrations when data sources change.
• Provide information requested by customer management for Zero Trust Architecture evolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• At least 11 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, including CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, IntegrationHub, and custom development.
• Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications and roll out new applications and modules.
• Ability to configure application UI and workflow, including integration and discovery for Zero Trust Architecture.
• Ability to build integrations using REST or SOAP web services and JDBC or SQL.
• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
• Understanding of basic Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Agile team experience using JIRA to demonstrate completed sprint work.

Desired Qualifications

• Any ServiceNow accreditation.

Compensation

• Expected Washington, D.C. metropolitan area salary range is $175,000 to $195,000 per year.
• Final compensation depends on experience, education, location, and contractual requirements.
