Total Support: We provide a company truck, trailer, and all tools necessary. No wear and tear on your personal vehicle.

Elite Pay: Hourly base + aggressive commission and bonus structure (Top earners make $100k+ ).

Stability & Benefits: 401k with company matching and paid training.

Growth: We provide helpers as needed, allowing you to focus on the high-level carpentry and finishing that matters.

Full Transformations: Execute end-to-end bathroom remodels including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring, and cabinetry.

Demolition & Prep: Clean demo and debris haul-away. We keep our jobsites spotless.

Technical Skill: Perform light plumbing, drywall work, and advanced carpentry (such as subfloor replacement, trim work).

Project Management: Check in with the Production Manager daily, manage provided materials, and lead a helper when assigned.
