Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare signature mocktails, specialty tonics, fresh juices, smoothies, and other creative refreshments.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards while maintaining consistent beverage quality.
• Deliver personalized service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized, monitor inventory, and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Knowledge and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a non-alcoholic beverage bartender, barista, or in a similar Food & Beverage role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation, presentation, garnishing, flavor combinations, and ingredient pairing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality; basic mathematics for portion control and inventory.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
