Role overview

Prepare and serve drinks while creating memorable guest experiences and delivering warm hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards.
  • Stock and organize bar supplies, beverages, glassware, and perishables.
  • Process cash, card, gift certificate, and voucher payments accurately through the point-of-sale system.
  • Manage inventory and maintain the freshness and quality of beverage items.
  • Address situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect.
  • Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
