  • Strong communication and guest‐service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Valid Non-Gaming Card
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • None.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
  • Cash‐handling accuracy and attention to detail.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‐paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly, engaging personality
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, policies, and safety standards
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and comps with precision and professionalism
  • Engage guests, make recommendations, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‐focused mindset
