Bartender – Hospitality / Beach Club / Lounge
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic **Bartender** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent mixology skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality beverages, maintaining bar standards, and supporting daily operational reporting when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to venue standards
- Create consistent, well‑presented cocktails with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Manage stock levels, restock items, and report shortages to management
- Handle guest orders efficiently while providing friendly, professional service
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Process payments accurately and operate POS systems
- Assist with **daily bar reports** (consumption, wastage, transfers, stock usage)
- Coordinate with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell beverages and promote signature cocktails
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar, lounge, or beach club
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of bar inventory and daily reporting
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Mixology training or certification
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Experience in premium or high‑end venues
