This full-time, on-site Bartender role is based in Limassol Municipality.
The Bartender will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Responsibilities
include greeting guests, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming and attentive bar experience.
The role also involves setting up and closing the bar, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, restocking supplies, and checking inventory levels.
The Bartender will handle cash and electronic payments accurately, comply with local alcohol service regulations, and coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to support smooth overall operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests and team members.
- Proficiency in bartending and food & beverage service, including mixing classic and signature cocktails, basic knowledge of wines and beers, and understanding of bar hygiene and safety standards.
- Accurate cash handling skills, including processing payments, balancing checks, and following cash and point-of-sale procedures.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible serving practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for bar operations.
