The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Bar and service duties
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes using measuring systems; issue, open, and serve wine and champagne.
- Set up and maintain the bar, tables, tools, and equipment; prepare fresh drink garnishes.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; transport supplies and remove soiled glassware and wares.
- Anticipate replenishment needs and secure beverage stock and storage areas.
- Process payments; count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure receipts, and complete closing duties.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests according to company standards.
Safety and workplace duties
- Follow safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication, protect confidential information and company assets, and build positive working relationships.
- Meet quality expectations and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed; no license or certification is specified.
