About the Role
You will advise and represent a diverse portfolio of corporate, financial institution, and high-net-worth clients across complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
The role offers exposure to both regional and international cases, often involving multi-jurisdictional issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as counsel on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Provide specialist advocacy and advisory services to clients across multiple sectors
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions to a high professional standard
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on high-value disputes
- Engage with courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels as required
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
Requirements
- Qualified Barrister in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- Strong post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or arbitration
- Higher rights of audience (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills
- Experience in international or cross-border disputes preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates
