About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
- Assist in stock management, including ordering, rotation, and inventory checks.
- Support Beverage Manager in menu updates, events, and special promotions.
- Work closely with colleagues in F&B to deliver seamless experiences.
- Suggest new cocktails, mocktails, and beverage pairings inspired by alpine and Italian culture.
- Apply modern mixology techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of bar setup, equipment, and glassware.
& Skills
- Previous experience as Barman / Bartender in upscale hospitality or bar settings.
- Mixology training or certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, well-presented, and team oriented.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
