Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, for Barista, Waiter, and Supervisor positions.
Responsibilities
for these roles include preparing and serving beverages, attending to customers’ needs, ensuring smooth table service, managing food preparation and presentation, and overseeing daily operations to maintain the highest quality standards in service and dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for seamless guest interactions and collaboration with team members
- Experience or proficiency as a Barista in preparing high-quality beverages
- Customer service expertise to anticipate and address guest needs efficiently
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to hygiene and quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining service excellence
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- Working proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Has transferable and valid iqama
- Has experience 2 years as minimum
