We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and manual brew coffee
- Maintain consistency in coffee preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Calibrate grinders and manage espresso extraction throughout the day
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
Requirements
✅ Previous barista experience in a ***café or specialty coffee*** shop
✅ Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and brewing methods
✅ Passion for coffee and hospitality
✅ Positive attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Team player with attention to detail
Preferred
- Specialty coffee experience
- Experience with specialty coffee equipment and workflow
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and sensory evaluation
