Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and service-oriented
Barista (Saudi )
to join our food and beverage team.
In this role, you will do more than just brew coffee; you will act as an ambassador of Hyatt’s premium hospitality.
By delivering high-quality beverages and creating genuine connections, you will ensure our guests start their day with an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Beverage Preparation:**
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages (specialty and traditional) in accordance with Hyatt’s high-quality standards and recipes.
- **Latte Art:**
- Demonstrate strong milk-texturing skills and create visually appealing latte art to elevate the guest experience.
- **Guest Engagement:**
- Welcome guests warmly, assist them with menu selections, take orders accurately, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and charm.
- **Station Management:**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized coffee station and equipment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Inventory Control:**
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, dairy, and pastry items, and report shortages to the supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

- **Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Barista

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment.
- Solid knowledge of coffee bean profiles and grind adjustments.
- **Interpersonal Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, a professional grooming standard, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multicultural team.
- **Language:**
- Good command of both Arabic and English to interact comfortably with diverse international guests.
