• What you will be doing:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every beverage served
• Maintain and manage caf equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools
• Prepare and maintain mise en place efficiently for smooth service during peak hours
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards while introducing creativity in drink offerings
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with HACCP regulations
• Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution across restaurants, banquets, and events
• Handle guest dietary preferences, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism
• Demonstrate initiative in developing your skills and knowledge of coffee, tea, and caf operations under the guidance of senior team members
