We are looking for a Barista who can bring the Ralph Lauren hospitality experience to life.

As part of our opening team, you’ll help create a warm and elevated environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and immersed in the Ralph’s Coffee story.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craft, understands the importance of presentation, and enjoys engaging with guests in a thoughtful and genuine way.

You’ll represent a brand known for its heritage, lifestyle, and dedication to exceptional quality.

Minimum of two years’ experience preparing fresh coffee and a variety of hot beverages, including skilled operation of manual espresso machines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
