Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista in Abu Dhabi to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee preparation, espresso machine operation, customer service, beverage presentation, and café operations .

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages
- Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
- Restock inventory and monitor beverage supplies
- Follow UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
- Promote menu items and upsell beverages and snacks
- Ensure attractive beverage presentation and service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or Café Staff
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Immediate availability preferred
