Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, cocktails, coffee, crepes, and waffles to order.
• Cut and present fruit and prepare fruit mocktails.
• Follow menu standards, recipes, preparation methods, and material preservation requirements.
• Expedite and coordinate orders during rush hours, prioritizing activities.
• Guide and coordinate B2B team activities and help maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor stock levels for orders and required materials.
• Maintain food presentation, hygiene, quality, consistency, and portion control.
• Keep the workstation clean and hygienic and serve customers professionally.
• Use POS systems to process orders.

Requirements

• Arabic speakers are mandatory.
• Previous experience in juice making and coffee preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and speed.
• Able to multitask, coordinate with a team, and adapt to menu standards and recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
