Specialty Coffee Barista
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, a commitment to quality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established quality standards.
- Operate and calibrate espresso machines and coffee grinders on a daily basis.
- Prepare manual brew methods such as V60, Chemex, Cold Brew, and other specialty coffee beverages.
- Monitor extraction quality and adjust recipes to achieve optimal results.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area.
- Assist with inventory management and report supply requirements as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in specialty coffee is preferred.
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for learning and continuous development within the specialty coffee industry.
