ToNiiN is a modern, cozy Coffee Shop, in Jeddah, KSA, where we aim to make our guests feel the maximum possible feeling of relax, comfort, and happiness!

نحن نبحث عن باريستا محترفين ونشطين وإيجابيين وطموحين ولطيفين لقيادة العمل في تونين من أجل جعل هذا المقهى الجميل كمعلم في جدة يجذب الزوار للحضور بانتظام.

We are looking for professional, active, positive, ambitious, and nice baristas to lead the work at ToNiiN in order to make this beautiful Coffee Shop as a landmark in Jeddah that attracts the visitors to come regularly.

-- المهام الوظيفية لوظيفة باريستا:

1) تطبيق قواعد الصحة والسلامة.

2) استقبال وتحية العملاء عند دخولهم.

3) تقديم قوائم المشروبات والأغذية المتنوعة والتجاوب مع استفسارات العملاء.

4) توصيل ملاحظات العملاء إلى المديرين وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين قوائم الأغذية والمشروبات.

5) التأكد ومراجعة مخزون الأكواب النظيفة والأدوات ومعدات التجهيز.

6) المراجعة الدورية للأجهزة والمعدات والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة.

7) استقبال طلبات العملاء والانتباه إلى التفاصيل والتفضيلات.

8) إعداد وتجهيز المشروبات والمعجنات والوجبات السريعة.

9) تلقي ومعالجة المدفوعات النقدية وبطاقات الائتمان.

10) المحافظة على نظافة منطقة تجهيز الأغذية والمشروبات.

• Responsibilities

1) Apply health and safety rules.

2) Greet customers when they enter the place.

3) Providing menus of various drinks and foods and responding to customer inquiries.

4) Communicate customer's feedback to managers and make recommendations for improvement.

5) Ensure and review the stock of cups, tools and processing equipment.

6) Periodic review of devices and equipment and reporting maintenance needs.

7) Receive customer orders and pay attention to details and preferences.

8) Preparing and processing drinks, pastries and fast food.

9) Receive and process cash and credit card payments.

10) Maintain the cleanliness of the food and beverage processing area.

-- المهارات والمتطلبات اللازمة لوظيفة باريستا:

1) إجادة التعامل مع أجهزة ومعدات تحضير الأغذية والمشروبات.

2) معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.

3) القدرة على العمل في ورديات مختلفة.

4) إجادة المهارات المحاسبية والدقة في إعداد الفواتير.

5) الدقة ومعرفة تفضيلات العملاء ومكونات الأغذية والمشروبات.

6) امتلاك مهارات التواصل والقدرة على التعامل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.

7) الحصول على شهادة الثانوية على أقل تقدير.

8) امتلاك خبرة عملية كوظيفة باريستا لمدة سنة واحدة على أقل تقدير.

• Qualifications & Requirements

1) Proficiency in handling food and beverage, preparation devices, and equipment.

2) Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.

3) The ability to work in different shifts.

4) Proficiency in accounting skills and accuracy in preparing invoices.

5) Accuracy and knowledge of customer preferences and ingredients of food and beverages.

6) Having communication skills and the ability to deal with different personalities.

7) Having at least a high school diploma.

8) Having practical-work experience as a barista for at least one year.

2) أن لا يقل عمر المتقدم عن 18 سنة.

3) أن يكون مقر إقامة المتقدم في مدينة جدة.
