Job Summary
A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in a café or coffee shop environment.
They interact with customers, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Skills And Qualifications
- **Customer Service Skills:** Ability to provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Attention to Detail:** Ensuring precision in coffee preparation and order accuracy.
- **Multitasking:** Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
- **Communication Skills:** Clear communication with customers and team members.
- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for long periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift light to moderate loads.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in food and beverage service or as a barista is a plus, but on-the-job training is often provided.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
