We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a school environment.
You will prepare and serve a variety of Food, snacks and beverages while engaging with teachers, staff, and parents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.
- Keep the café area clean and organized.
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training to other staff.
- Visit other cafes and check consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle busy periods calmly.
Working Conditions
- Interaction with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
