We're Hiring a Talented Barista!
Join the team at Quince Restaurant & Cafe in Al Barsha 2!
We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and enthusiastic Barista to craft high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and precision
- Perform manual brew methods including V60 and Chemex
- Prepare cold brew coffee using proper steeping and extraction techniques
- Prepare fresh smoothies and juices according to café recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstation at all times
- Ensure proper calibration of espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and brewing methods (espresso, V60, Chemex, etc.)
- Experience in preparing cold brew, smoothies, and fresh juices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Passion for coffee, detail, and presentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
