The **Barista** will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns
- Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Manage cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and handle payments
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Barista/Bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology
- Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
