The Job
We are currently looking for **Barista** applicants for a **Cafe restaurant** **Jumeirah.**
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Stock and replenish inventory, such as coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a friendly attitude.
- Upsell products and educate customers on coffee options, beans, and flavors.
Qualifications
- **Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.**
- Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
