As a Barista at Nomad Coffee, you will be a vital member within our team, embodying the high standards of Nomad Coffee Outlets, while delivering exceptional coffee experience to customers.
This role requires exceptional skills in operational and customer service.
Key Requirements & Skills
- **Experience:** Previous experience as a barista, barista-waiter-cashier is required, with 2-3 years preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in operating coffee grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Latte Art:** Knowledge of milk texturing and latte art techniques.
- **Communication:** Strong English communication skills are required to take orders and interact with customers.
- **Hygiene & Safety:** Strict compliance with sanitation regulations and high standards of cleanliness is required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- With valid QID and FHC
- Transferable to company visa
- Barista Certification is a plus
