Republic Coffee Bar and Bakery is seeking skilled, customer-focused Baristas to join its team in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items.
- Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality.
- Take customer orders and provide customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
- Follow food safety and company standards.
Requirements
- A valid Food Handling Certificate is mandatory.
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Good communication and customer-service skills, plus good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Qatar/GCC F&B experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,800–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
