We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and help us continue to deliver an outstanding coffee experience.
Position Overview
As a Barista at PIATTINO CAFE, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, providing friendly and efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- **Prepare and Serve Beverages:** Brew coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure the coffee shop area, including the counter and equipment, is clean and organized throughout your shift.
- **Restock Supplies:** Monitor and replenish inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other necessary items.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with fellow baristas and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- **Experience:** Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a must
- **Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge:** understanding of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is a must
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
