Position Overview:

As a Barista at PIATTINO CAFE, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, providing friendly and efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Brew coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the coffee shop area, including the counter and equipment, is clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other necessary items.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow baristas and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a must
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge: understanding of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is a must
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
