Ensure every drink is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.

Have the coffee knowledge, confidence and service skills.

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational standards.

Keep the café organised, replenished and customer-ready throughout the day.

The ability to work during busy periods and service standards are maintained.

Create a positive, reliable and collaborative team environment, working closely with the wider store team.

You’ll ideally have: Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage quality.

Passion for coffee, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, presentation and attentive service.

Strong communication skills with a positive, reliable and team-focused approach.
