Junior Barista
Al Ain, Khalifa Street - Pluto Bake House
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Barista with at least 2 years of experience to join our team at Pluto Bake House. The ideal candidate has a love for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Pluto Bake House standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required
- Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the team during busy hours and contribute to smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a café or bakery setting
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
