Overview
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, specialty beverages, teas, fresh juices, and other refreshments.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Perform latte art and specialty coffee preparation techniques where required.
- Maintain beverage preparation equipment in excellent working condition.
Guest Service
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Support VIP service requirements and special events as needed.
Hygiene & Quality Standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverage ingredients.
- Monitor product freshness and quality.
Inventory Management
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment of coffee beans, teas, milk products, syrups, and related supplies.
- Report inventory shortages and equipment maintenance requirements.
