About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment maintenance.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
