Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a great café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations, counters, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other items as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for coffee culture.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekends, or night shifts as scheduled.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Conditions:

• Shift-based schedule (AM, PM, and night shifts).
• One day off per week.
• Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼4,500.00 per month
