Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced **Barbershop Manager** or **Professional Barber** to join a distinguished barbershop in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Saudi barbershop market and be capable of delivering high-quality professional services while managing work efficiently.
For Barbershop Manager
- Full supervision of daily barbershop operations.
- Managing the barber team and organizing work schedules.
- Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring cleanliness, sterilization, and compliance with health standards.
- Managing inventory, tools, and supplies.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Contributing to business development and increasing sales.
For Professional Barber
- Providing all barbering and men’s grooming services at a high professional level.
- Performing modern and classic haircuts according to customer requests.
- Beard care and grooming using the latest techniques.
- Complying with hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients and retaining them.
- Working as part of a team and adhering to barbershop policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Very high level of experience in barbering (preferably 5 years or more).
- Proven experience in the Saudi barbershop market.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
- Ability to work with all hair types and styles.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment and discipline at work.
