Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling according to client requests and current trends.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, hair care, and grooming techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a sanitized environment.
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Keep up to date with new techniques, tools, and men’s grooming trends.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products when appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barber or men’s stylist.
• Strong knowledge of men’s haircut styles and shaving techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid barber license or certificate (if applicable).

• المهام والمسؤوليات:
• تنفيذ قصات الشعر والحلاقة وتشذيب اللحية والتصفيف حسب طلب العميل وآخر الصيحات.
• تقديم النصائح للعملاء حول التسريحات المناسبة والعناية بالشعر واللحية.
• الحفاظ على نظافة الأدوات ومكان العمل وتعقيمها بشكل دائم.
• الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة وضمان بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة.
• بناء علاقات جيدة مع العملاء لضمان زيارتهم المتكررة.
• متابعة أحدث التقنيات والأدوات وصيحات العناية بالرجل.
• المساعدة في الترويج لخدمات ومنتجات الصالون عند الحاجة.
• المتطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة في مجال الحلاقة أو تصفيف شعر الرجال.
• معرفة جيدة بقصات الشعر الرجالية وأساليب الحلاقة المختلفة.
• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
• مظهر وسلوك مهني.
• رخصة أو شهادة حلاقة (إن وجدت).
