  • Lola’s Waterfront Dining is a lively, high-energy restaurant right on the marina, known for great vibes, great food, and an even better team. We’re looking for a reliable, fast-moving Barback who loves being part of the action and keeping the bar running smoothly.
  • If you’re organized, upbeat, and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great way to grow in hospitality and learn behind the bar.

What you’ll be doing

Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers

Assist bartenders during service to keep things flowing smoothly

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware

Change kegs and restock coolers as needed

Support opening and closing bar duties

Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts

What you bring to the table

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to move fast and stay organized in a high-volume setting

Team-first mindset — you enjoy helping others succeed

Willingness to learn and take direction

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
