Barback or Bartender - Japanese and Persian Restaurant
About This Role
We are building our beverage team in Riyadh.
As part of our upcoming Japanese and Persian restaurant launches, we are now hiring passionate and skilled Bartenders and Barbacks to craft memorable guest experiences behind the bar.
We are looking for professionals who can:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality beverage service
- Create a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere
- Support signature cocktails and curated beverage menus
- Maintain smooth bar operations during busy service periods
- Work seamlessly as part of a fast-paced, pre-opening team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Bartender or Barback in upscale or high-volume venues
- Strong understanding of mixology, service standards, and bar operations
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure with consistency and speed
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼2,200.00 per month
