Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with daily operations and service preparation.
- Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized; wash, polish, and organize glasses and equipment.
- Monitor stock and inform supervisors when supplies run low.
- Receive, store, and arrange beverage deliveries.
- Maintain hygiene standards and follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Support bartenders during busy service periods.
Requirements
- At least three years' experience as a Barback or in a similar hospitality role.
- Knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate and work well with a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 2,000–3,000, depending on experience.
- Company-provided accommodation, transportation, and duty meals.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
