Bar Supervisor

Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required

Take part in the setup of the bar

Take orders and prepare drinks

Prepare hot drinks

To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services

Take part in the setup of the bar and events

Nurture and develop new commis bartenders

Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings

Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of beverages and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers

Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

Confident with the ordering and stock management required

Hours per week: 45

Leaving Cert level education or above

NVQ qualification or equivalent

Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Hands on and proactive approach

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent time management
