Job Description: Bar Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Bar Assistant to support bar operations and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will assist bartenders, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages efficiently
- Ensure bar counter, tools, and glassware are clean and well-maintained
- Replenish stock, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies as needed
- Support in setting up and closing down the bar area
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Assist in serving customers when required
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar materials
- Follow company policies and UAE regulations related to alcohol service
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle bar operations tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bars, lounges, or hotels
- Knowledge of basic beverage preparation and service
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards
- Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Arabic) are an advantage
