Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Executive located in Dubai.
The Banquet Executive will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events to ensure exceptional experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
include managing event logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, adhering to budgetary guidelines, supervising banquet staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
The role also involves contributing to sales efforts by securing repeat business from satisfied clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to ensure events are executed within financial guidelines
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management, including conceptualizing and organizing successful events
- Knowledge of Sales techniques to promote banquet services and secure new and repeat business
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee banquet staff and ensure seamless operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and banquet operations preferred
- UAE Drivers License preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
