Part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some flexibility to work from home.
The role manages client relationships and supports banking and financial services inquiries and requests.
The successful candidate supports the firm’s banking and tax-law-related advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships and respond accurately and promptly to client requests.
- Support onboarding, maintain account information, and monitor client portfolios.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries and assist with documentation and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Contribute to improved client service processes and support senior team members’ advisory work.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business relationship management and strong analytical skills are required.
- A solid understanding of finance and financial services is required; banking or wealth management experience is preferred.
- Portfolio management familiarity is sought; professional certifications are an advantage.
- A relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should communicate professionally, handle confidential information reliably, and collaborate effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
- Prior client support, banking operations, or financial advisory experience is preferred but is not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
