Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers.
The role involves identifying prospects, explaining product benefits, generating applications, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers.
- Identify potential customers through direct sales, referrals, field visits, events, and lead generation activities.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, rewards programs, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and submitting required documentation.
- Verify customer information and ensure compliance with KYC and bank policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets set by the bank.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Follow up with prospects and applicants regarding application status.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking sales, credit card sales, retail sales, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
