Bank- Sales Officer
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals
- Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers for daily sales updates
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Follow company sales policies and compliance guidelines
- Attend product training and sales meetings as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (banking, telecom, retail, or direct sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
