Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and launch of the bakery production operation
- Manage end-to-end bakery production and daily output
- Develop production workflows, SOPs, and quality standards
- Oversee breads, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie, and bakery items
- Manage production planning, inventory, and food cost control
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational excellence
- Recruit, train, and manage the bakery team
- Drive product quality, consistency, and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience leading bakery production operations
- Experience setting up bakery operations is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of production planning and commercial bakery environments
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- UAE experience preferred
