Bakery Manager

**Location:** Al Sadd St, Doha, Qatar

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bakery operations including production, sales, and customer service
• Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure consistent performance
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate ingredient ordering
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
• Develop production schedules and ensure timely preparation of products
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Control costs and assist in budgeting and financial reporting
• Introduce new bakery items and improve existing product offerings
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure smooth supply chain operations

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in bakery or food production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in commercial bakery operations is highly preferred
• Basic financial and inventory management skills
